Hey, I’m Fifi, a Product & Design Leader.

For the past decade, I’ve been focussed on 0–1 product experiences in new computing mediums, that help people at scale.

Today, I lead Product for the EHR commercial line as well as the agentic transformation at Elation Health. My work crosses several product lines, from core clinical infrastructure such as documentation and ambient scribing to clinical partnerships and integrations. Within this role, I help support 50,000 providers and 25 million patients across the U.S. Prior to joining Elation, I co-founded and ran Aster, a Specialty EHR and Front-Office Agent Service for Women's Health. Aster reached thousands of patient lives, helping to improve clinical outcomes and streamline the practice operations of private practice women's health clinics. Aster was acquired by Elation in 2026.

Before those experiences, I spent several years at Meta, leading design for Health & Fitness within the Reality Labs division. I oversaw the design of software experiences across hardware devices, including Meta’s wrist wearable device. Earlier, I worked in an individual contributing capacity designing experiences across Workplace, Messenger and Horizon Workrooms.

I’m drawn to products and people that actually serve people and communities in a meaningful way. This usually means working in hard spaces that touch everyday life.

I’m a Y Combinator alum and a graduate of the London School of Economics, where I studied Political Science and Social Policy. I’m also a parent to a tenacious, wonderful daughter. You’ll find me across the Bay Area. See some of my work below.

Outside of work, I’m committed to supporting fellow founders. I do this in two ways.

Through Good People Fund, an angel syndicate I started in 2020, we’ve invested in startups including Sojo, Groundfloor, AstraPilot, Collab Kit (YC), Brickwise (YC), Moritz (YC) and more.
